There isn't a way. The Tools Not Included map seeds are all invalid. When the map generation was changed by the merge of the DLC and base game's code bases, all the existing seeds were invalidated and the MOD used to get the seeds was broken. The MOD won't get fixed until the DLC is released. So for now, there are no seeds.
